Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

When using Studyglot, you agree NOT to:

  • Do not upload documents containing identifiable information about real patients: medical records, lab or imaging results, clinical case files, or anything that names or identifies a patient. Medical study materials (textbooks, lecture notes, fully anonymised teaching cases) are welcome.
  • Upload or process any content you do not have the legal right to use. You may only upload materials you own or are licensed to access, for example textbooks you have lawfully purchased or accessed, and only for your own personal study. Do not upload content in violation of copyright or other rights.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the outputs beyond your personal study use.
  • Use the service to break any applicable law.
  • Do not use Studyglot to violate the acceptable-use policies of the AI providers that power the service, including attempting to generate content those policies prohibit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.
